摘要:本发明公开了一种元宝枫的改良培养基及繁殖方法,属于植物组织培养繁殖技术领域,解决了现有技术中采用嫁接和扦插的方式繁殖元宝枫成本高、采用播种的方式繁殖元宝枫个体间存在很大差异导致不利于大规模工厂化生产的问题。该培养基包括NH4NO3600~800mgL、KNO3800~1000mgL、MgSO4100~300mgL、KH2PO41~100mgL、CaCl2·2H2O100~300mgL、Na2·EDTA·2H2O10~50mgL、FeSO4·7H2O10~50mgL、H3BO31~10mgL、Na2MoO4·2H2O0.01~1mgL等。该方法包括将外植体依次接种于外植体萌发培养基、丛生芽诱导培养基和生根培养基上,生根成苗后移栽。该培养基及繁殖方法可用于元宝枫微繁殖。
